Horse Exhaust...

So long Adelaide.... Helloooo Normanville!!!!

Apparently dad and I don't muck around. We were organised super early so decided to head off a day sooner than expected and explore some of the beautiful Fleurieu Penninsula on our way down to Cape Jervis. Dad hadn't seen much around the that coast & I couldn't remember the last time I was down this way either. So we started with a leisurely drive around Christie's Beach, meandering our way down to Sellicks Beach & deciding to chuck the maps and just follow our nose's once we got back on the main road south.
Myponga lived up to its name, it didn't take long till we sniffed something out... horse exhaust... $2 a bag!!! Altho it was a bargain we decided to pass for now.

It also however offered some pretty lovely scenery and a chance to stop for some photos @ the reservior.
Check out the photos on facebook Yankalilla was another good excuse to check out the local scenery, a great info centre & grassy sports ground for some arvo tea. Still we decided to push on, heading the massive 3km's to Normanville for the evening. Dad literally blinked and missed it as we drove into town, (still thinking we were in Yankalilla)!!! Checked out the local beach and found a lovely quiet park to spend the night.
